Customer service phone hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Central Standard Time. During non business hours, you may leave a recorded message for immediate assistance on the next working day. Please leave your name, phone number, account number and the reason for your call on all messages. If you do not receive a call back please check for a email response. Emails can be sent at anytime.

Please note that all orders that do not provide proper billing information, shipping to a different address or person other than the billing may cause the order to be held for card holder verification. The credit card holder will receive a phone call or email requesting response.
RETURN POLICY:
Returns are accepted for UNOPENED merchandise, except for personalized items and edible images, within 30 days. We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your party purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, We will gladly refund the cost of the merchandise to you less the shipping charge. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Refused shipments will also have a 20% restocking charge.
Please include your name and order number and reason for the return.
We make every effort to ship orders within one to two business days.
Standard and Priority Shipping means orders up to 2 lbs will ship via Priority or First Class USPS, and over 2 lbs will ship via FEDEX.
Please report all discrepancies within 10 days of receipt.
