Returns are accepted for UNOPENED merchandise, except for personalized items(invites, banners, cd's etc), and edible products. Returns must be received back within 30 days from your reciept of the package. We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your party supply purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly refund the cost of the merchandise to you. All shipping costs will be at customers expense, including return shipping costs.
